ITALY

All national shipments are entrusted to the standard SDA courier service (1-2 working days).
Shipping is free for amounts equal to or greater than €100.00 on full-priced items.

EUROPE

All European shipments are entrusted to the economy service of the DHL courier (5 working days).

OUTSIDE EUROPE

All extra-European shipments are entrusted to the DHL express courier service (2-3 working days).
Customs duties and any import charges or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

During sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer.

Standard SDA delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery with DHL Economy takes 5 working days, while delivery with DHL Express takes 2-3 working days. If the customer is absent at the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a new attempt on the next working day.

If the courier, after 2 attempts, is unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted by customer service to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the customer will have to pay the costs for the release of the stock, equal to €7.75 + €0.10 per Kg, in the case of national shipments. For foreign shipments, these costs will be communicated via email.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can request a return for a size change or a refund within 14 days of receiving the order by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.

You can only exchange for a different size of the same item, if available.

Once the return request has been made, the customer will receive the relevant instructions via email.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have completed receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

Return shipping costs will be retained. For returns shipped by the customer, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.
